This service can be accessed across India by dialing 139 from any landlines, mobile phones or CDMA phones. Rail Sampark -139, is a round the clock service. In addition to Hindi and English, the service is also available in various regional languages in South, West and East Zones. Through this system customers have choice of either getting the desired information thru Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) or the can press * to speak to a highly skilled customer care executive to get instant information on Arrival or Departure, PNR Status Accommodation Availability, Fare enquiry to name a few.
