Palace on wheels ticket cancellation Policy

Palace On Wheels Train Tour Cancellation Rules :

1. Any amendment in tour dates is treated as cancellation request.
2. The Palace On Wheels Train tour bookings are Non-endorsable.
3. Action on cancellation of booking will only be proceeded on receipt of written request.
4. MINIMUM 5%(five) of ticket value will be charged as cancellation charges, if written intimation of cancellation request is received more than 60 days of tour departure date.
5. MINIUM 20% (twenty) of ticket value will be charged as cancellation charges, if written intimation is received more than 30 days in advance.
6.NO REFUND if written intimation of cancellation request is received less than 30 days in advance.
