Palace on Wheels Ticket Cancellation Policy

Any requests for alterations and amendment on date of journey are considered as cancellation request.

Tour bookings on The Palace On Wheels are non-endorsable.

Cancellation process is initiated only after receiving a written request. No amount will be refunded on cancellation requests received in less than 30 days in advance.

An amount of MINIMUM 5%(five) of the ticket cost will be charged if a written request for cancellation is received before 60 days of the departure date.

An amount of MINIUM 20% (twenty) of the ticket cost will be charged, if a written request is received before 30 days from the day of departure.
