Accommodation:
With intrinsic wall-to-wall carpeting, elegant interiors the Deccan Odyssey comprises 11 fully air-conditioned suite coaches, complemented with 4 twin bedded suites that can house almost 88 guests. Each suite has attached toilet and shower with 24x7 running water (both hot and cold), Channel music, Intercom, MP3/CD players and various amenities required for a comfortable and luxurious journey. Each suite is enhanced with a mini pantry and lounge.

The presidential Suite:
Coaches are furthermore enhanced with extensive interiors that would give you unparallel comfort of journey. These two suites have a mini bar also.

Catering:
The mini-pantries attached to each suite give you the best choices of Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian meals. Apart from those two 37-cover restaurant cars restaurants Peshwa Peshwa and I serve extensive range of delicious cuisines, including traditional Indian meals, Continental, Maharashtrian, Goan and Chinese. And of course the menus of these restaurants are altered in accordance with the changing season.

Bar:
The Bar, Mumbai, Hi with capacity 39 guests is another attraction in the Deccan Odyssey. The bar also houses a Foreign exchange counter where you can exchange your currencies. As this bar offers the complete range of Indian and International liquors a sip in your favorite drink will really double the pleasure of journey. Try the mouth watering snacks also.

Conference:
Deccan Odyssey facilitates a Conference hall also where you can organize business meets and other programs while touring. Its conference coach, Samwad, has the capacity of accommodating 50 guests at a time. This conference hall is further complemented with all amenities for modern-day conferences, including a Telephone exchange, Internet connectivity Music and public address system, Computer with printers and fax, Pantry to serve snacks and beverages, Conference equipment with Plasma TV, A Business Center with satellite communications, books, periodicals, CD and DVD players. The hall is further enhanced with a world-class sound and light system.

Health Care:
Health care on board is another concern of the management. The guests are therefore served with Complimentary purified water during sightseeing, hotels and stopovers. On call doctors on every station are arranged and a first aid center made available on board. And for a more relaxing experience the Health Car called Spa Plumeria is open 24x7 offering Ayurvedic Massage, Steam Bath, Gymnasium and a Beauty Parlor

You can also spend leisurely moments by visiting the spa or having a look at the leading dailies, magazines, newspapers or having a great massage. Also there is a whole range of latest CDs and MP3 tracks for enjoying the melody of your favorite music.

Safety and security is greatly taken care of in the train and there are Storage places where the guests can store their valuables and cash. The baggage capacity of Deccan Odysseyn is 4 tones, so extra baggage is not an issue in the train.

Power, Money, Assistance and Others:
The two power coaches attached to the train meet the power problem in the train. Other on board services include money exchange options, and on call attendants. Further the guests are also assisted with wheel chairs, crches and a special attendant for manual assistance. Deccan Odyssey has a special way of welcoming their guests. Every guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine on entering the room and an arrival kit comprising stationery items, brochures, playing cards, and essential toiletries, such as soaps, shampoos, moisturizers. On board you also get a mailbox. You are also facilitated with a catalogue of typical Maharashtrian items on board. The most interesting part of tour is the photography session where the management arranges for a group photograph of the guests to carry home as a souvenir.
